Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
A full prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation.
A secure payment link will be sent directly by the hotel to the email address provided.
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the stay will be charged
From 14 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged
