The author is responsible for obtaining all permissions prior to submitting the paper. All figures need to be permitted to be used by the original copyright owner. In order to allow reasonable quality, please avoid excessive compression of images and diagrams. Generally, image resolutions should be 300 dpi for grey scale and colour.

After the conference, you will be contacted by the JSSE editor.

Each presenter is allocated a slot of 20 minutes for the presentation. If a presenter wants to allow questions, you should allocate for questions about 5 minutes out of the 20 minutes slot allocated.

Session secretaries will be assigned to each meeting room. Please arrive in the conference room 30 minutes prior to the start of your session. Please bring your USB device to the meeting room and the session secretaries will assist to upload your presentation on the laptop.

Yes, a Windows laptop – installed with Windows 11, Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF reader. There will not be an option to use your own device, as the sessions will be recorded. In addition, the following is available in each meeting room: LCD projection - 16:9 aspect ratio; Microphone Audio connection from the laptop

We advise to use the laptop available in the conference room. If you have difficulties using the laptop provided, please contact the IAASS secretariat.
